YWZ4 SERIES ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC DRUM BRAKES

APPLICATION
●Electro-hydraulic drum brakes can be extensively used for various mechanism decele-ration and stop/braking of various belt transport, port handling, hoisting, metallurgical,mining and building machinery.

STANDARDS COMPL .IANT

●The dimensions and braking torque parameters of YWZ4series brakes comply withJB/ZQ4388-86 standard, technology requirements comply with JB/T6406- 2006 standard.
●The dimensions and braking torue parameters of YWZ4-A series brakes comply with GB6333 -86 standrd, technology requirements copply with JB/T6406 -2006 standard.

MAIN FEATURE
Brake lining is of clamped integral forming structure, which is easy and quick to replace.
Note: YWZ4 (YT1) and YWZ4 (ZYTD) brakes are equipped with riveted brake pads when they leave the factory. If you need to replace, please indicate.
●Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing, making high efficiency of transmission, long ser vice life. Lubricating is unnecessary during operation.
●Brake closes in case of power failure (Fail-Safe Principle). Braking by spring power. Lifting by thruster.

OPERATING CONDITION
●Ambient temperature:- 20°C- +50°C
●Relative humidity:≤90%
●Voltages: AC 3 phase 380V, 50Hz ( Other voltage can be made as required )
●Operating duty: Intermittent (S3-60%.1200times per hour) and continuous (S1)
●Special requirements can be discussed before production.

OPTIONS AND ACCESSORIES (SELECTION)
●Brake lining of various materials are available for choice, including half-metal (no-asbestos) hardand halfhard, soft (include asbestos) substance.
●Open ( Release) or close limit-switch, which indicates whether the brake is properly released or closed.
●Hand release lever (S1 or S2)
●Limit swithes and monitoring devicesfor (K1 or K2 )
●When use such thrusters that with descending delay valve, the delay close of brake can berealized, which can meetrequirement some specific occasion.
( The ZYTD and YT1 series thrusters do not have this function. )
●We can produce various normally open, explosion-proof and non-standard brake as you required.
