TKG Electro Hydraulic Drum Brake
The brake shoe is designed to stop and hold mechanisms shafts (mainly handling machines) in a braked state with non-operating drive. The brakes are installed in a vertical position (horizontal position of the brake pulley axis and a base for mounting the brakes) on the mechanisms operating in fire risk environment. When installed on the mechanisms working outdoors, the brakes must be protected by a casing from falling rain and the action of solar radiation.
Description
● Climatic modification of U2 and HL2 brakes according to GOST 15150 and GOST 15543.1;
· Operating temperature range ——from -45℃ to +40℃(for climatic modification U2) and from-60℃ to +40℃ (for climatic modification X/12);
● The environment is fire and explosion-proof, does not contain aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that destroy metal, insulation and rubber;
● The brake is designed to work indoors or under a canopy;
● When installing the brake on mechanisms operating in the open air, the brake must be protected by a casing from atmospheric precipitation and solar
radiation;
● The TKG brake is installed in a vertical position (with a horizontal axis of rotation of the brake pulley and the brake mounting base), the permissible deviation
from the vertical is 15°.
