Description
The electro-hydraulic pusher is a new type of flexible transmission mechanism with the integration of mechanism, electricity and hydraulics, which is composed of the actuator (cylinder), control mechanism (hydraulic control valve group) and power source (oil pump motor, etc.).
Working Principle:
According to the installation space and user usage, the electro-hydraulic pusher can have a variety of structural forms (see the electric wave pusher outline installation size diagram, and can also be customized according to user requirements). The motor drives the double-directions hydraulic pump through positive and negative rotation to output the positive and negative pressure oil, which is sent to the cylinder through the hydraulic control valve to realize the reciprocating movement of the piston rod. Hydraulic control valve group is mainly composed of relief valve, oil suction check valve, check valve, speed control valve (user requirements), hydraulic control check valve (hydraulic lock), etc., can also be designed according to the working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic pusher, oil circuit combination valve with different functions to meet its working requirements. Generally, there are push-out self-locking, pull-back self-locking and push-pull self-locking: the running speed is adjustable, and the non-adjustable speed type: the working Angle of the electro-hydraulic pusher is pushed horizontally, pushed up (including obliquely upward), pushed down (including obliquely downward) and so on.
