APPLICATION

Explosion Proof Electro-hydraulic thrusters is a kind of drive control system, which is very compact in structure,and integrates electrical motor, centrifugal pump and oil cylinder,Jt is extensively used as drive mechanism of various drum and disc brakes, and as drive control of various industrial valves, gate, directional pendulum and steering ( <90° ) mechanism and clamping devices.

●Explosion proof sign: Exd IIB T4 Gb/ Ex tD A21 IP65 T130C;
●This kind of products have passed the inspection by the quality inspection center of explosion- proof electrical products designated by the state and obtained the certificate number CNEx 20.0818 and CNEx 20.0819.

●Altitude: <2000m
●Ambient temperature: -20°C ~ +40°C
●Relative humidity:≤90%
●Voltages: three - phase AC, rated voltage is 380V- 460V, frequency is 50Hz/60Hz.
●Pollution degree of the circumferential environment≤3.
●Special requirements can be discussed before production.

MAIN FEATURE

●Electrical motor is of non-under-oil structure, F grade insulation, durable and good heat resistance.
●The surface of motor axle and pusher is handled specially to make the sealing parts much more durable.
●Balancing air house is set at one side of oil cylinder casing, which can make the thruster to be installed at any direction within range of0~180° and enlarge the using range.
●All sealing parts and bearing are all world famous products.The sealing is reliable and durable.

ADDITIONAL DEVICES
●Up limit switch; which can indicate whether brake is open, or whether the thruster is at the right position.
●Down limit switch, which can indicate whether the brake is properly close,whether the thruster return to right position. Up and down limit switches can be set together.
●Build-in spring or release spring (only for short stroke thruster). Spring force can be decided by customers, but within the force limit of built-in spring (refer to parameter tables).
●Ascending time -delay valve, descending time -delay valve or ascending/descending time-delay valve can steplessly prolong the rising and flling time , delay range is from 5s to 30s，specific delay time can be set as customers' requirements.

MOUNTING
●The foot lugs can be installed around 90° ( please indicate at order ), head of thruster can turn freely around 360;all thrusters can be installed perpendiculrly or horizontall, angularity(< 15° or>15° ), The balancing air house should be set upward.
