YPZ2-630*30II/E121 Electro-hydraulic Disc Brake is a heavy-duty spring-actuated, hydraulic-release caliper disc brake, matched with ED121/6 electro-hydraulic thruster. It adopts normally closed fail-safe working principle: powerful springs push the caliper to clamp the brake disc for braking. When the electro-hydraulic thruster acts, the brake opens to release the disc for normal equipment operation. Once power is cut off or the thruster fails, the brake engages instantly to prevent equipment runaway and material sliding accidents.

YPZ2-630*30II/E121 Electro-hydraulic Disc Brake is a high-performance, heavy-duty spring-closed hydraulic-release caliper brake, manufactured in strict accordance with JB/T7020 and German DIN15435 industrial standards. Matched with original ED121/6 electro-hydraulic thruster, this brake is professionally designed for 630mm diameter and 30mm thickness brake discs, delivering stable and powerful braking performance for medium and large industrial conveying and lifting equipment. Adopting classic normally closed fail-safe working principle, it releases braking via electro-hydraulic thrust during normal equipment operation and instantly engages full braking force once power fails or hydraulic system malfunctions, effectively preventing equipment runaway, material sliding and safety accidents.

This YPZ2-II model features a built-in interlocking equal clearance balancing device, which permanently maintains uniform gap between brake pads and brake disc during long-term continuous operation.
