YP1-800-450*20 Electro-hydraulic Disc Brake is a heavy-duty spring-actuated hydraulic-release caliper disc brake. Adopting normally closed fail-safe principle, the brake clamps the brake disc by disc springs for safety braking when power or hydraulic pressure fails. It provides large and stable holding torque for emergency braking and parking protection. Equipped with high wear-resistant friction pads, it realizes low-vibration smooth braking. Adjustable braking force meets various heavy-load operating demands. It is widely applied to mine belt conveyors, stacker-reclaimers, port bulk material handling machines and other heavy industrial equipment.

YP1-800-450*20 Electro-hydraulic Disc Brake is a heavy-duty spring-actuated, hydraulic-release caliper disc brake designed for demanding heavy industrial working conditions. Following the normally closed fail-safe principle, the brake relies on powerful disc springs to clamp the brake disc and achieve reliable braking. When the matched hydraulic power unit supplies pressure, the caliper opens to release the disc for normal equipment operation. In the event of power failure, hydraulic leakage or system breakdown, the disc springs instantly engage braking to prevent equipment runaway and material sliding.

This brake outputs large and stable static holding torque, perfectly serving as emergency safety brake and long-term parking lock. It adopts high-performance non-asbestos friction pads with stable friction coefficient, outstanding wear resistance and excellent anti-thermal-fade capability under frequent braking cycles. The braking force can be continuously adjusted to accommodate different loads, speeds and safety requirements on site.

All movable hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings to reduce regular greasing work and lower daily maintenance costs. The modular caliper structure allows quick replacement of friction pads without removing the whole brake assembly, effectively shortening equipment downtime. Robust cast caliper body features high rigidity and strong vibration resistance, adapting to dusty, humid and continuous 24-hour operation environments.
