Working conditions "ambient temperature: - 20 ℃ ~ + 50 ℃ with the DB - 25 hydraulic oil, lower than when using YH - 10-20 ℃ aviation hydraulic oil.

Relative humidity: no more than 90%;

Power supply voltage: 3 phase, ac 380V, 50Hz (the current parameters of other power supply voltage please contact our technical personnel);

Working system: intermittent (S3- 60%.1200 per hour) and continuous (S1);

Up to a maximum of 4 x: low cable conductor cross section 2.5 ㎜ squared;

Application

Electric hydraulic driver is a collection of motor, centrifugal pump, the oil cylinder as a whole, the structure is very compact drive control device, is widely used in all kinds of block brake and disc brake drive, can also be used for all kinds of industrial valves, swing gate, orientation and rotation (< 90 °) device (institutions) and the clamping device driver control.

Main Features

The shell is cast aluminum alloy, light weight, beautiful appearance.

The motor is non-immersion structure, F class insulation, good heat resistance and long life.

The junction box cover of the motor is sealed, and the cable gland is used in the line, which is firm and reliable, and the protection level of the electrical enclosure reaches IP55.

The surface of the motor shaft and push rod are specially treated, which greatly prolong the life of the sealing parts.

Low oil cylinder shell balance on one side is equipped with air chamber, can make the driver installed in 0-180 ° in any direction, to expand the scope of its use.

All seals and bearings are made of world famous brand products, which have reliable sealing and long service life.

High efficient anticorrosive products: used in the air to have corrosive medium and relative humidity high, and thus may generate condensate situation.

The motor adopts the stator of vacuum injection molding, with special anti-corrosion paint.

The Ed series electric hydraulic booster conforms to DIN15430 and JB/ t10603-2006 standard.

5. Additional device (selection)

The lifting limit switch of E1 can indicate whether the brake is opened and whether the push rod is pushed to the specified position information;

The lower limit switch of E2 can indicate whether the brake is closed properly and whether the push rod is back to the specified position information, and the upper and lower limit switches can be set at the same time.

A built-in spring (only short stroke driver can be used), the spring force can be determined by the user, but not more than the built-in spring force (see the parameter table);

H up time-delay valve and S down time-delay valve, can be infinitely extended rise or fall time, delay range of rated action to 30 seconds, the specific time delay value can be set according to user requirements, with the valve driver (valves), the rising and falling time will be extended, short stroke increases 0.1 0.2 seconds, long stroke increases about 0.2 to 0.4 seconds;
