Electro Magnetic Thruster Operated Drum Brake

The electric hydraulic thruster consists of two parts, a drive motor and a centrifugal pump(main body). The main body part is composed of a cover, a cylinder, a piston, an impeller and a rotating shaft.

When energized, the motor drives the impeller and the impeller on the shaft to rotate, creating a pressure in the piston. Under the influence of this pressure, the oil is sucked by the piston to the lower part of the piston, forcing the piston and the push rod and the beam fixed on it to rise rapidly. Mechanical movement is produced by mechanically compressing the load spring by means of a lever.

Main swaying hinged points are equipped with self lubricated bearings with high efficiency of transmission and long service life.
Brake torque is shown directly.
Manual release is equipped which is convenient for maintenance.
Automatic compensation device can realize the automatic compensation when the brake linings are worn.
The interlocking equal clearance device can avoid adherence of the brake lining on the brake drum.
