TYWZ2 FOOT OPERATED HRDRAULIC AND DRUM BRAKE

The foot brake is composed of the ventilated disc brake of the front wheel and the lead skin drag drum brake of the rear wheel equipped with an automatic regulator, which is mainly used in the brake system of the car.

Drum wheel brakes can be divided into wheel-type wheel brakes and cam-type wheel brakes according to the different forms of brake shoe actuators. According to the relationship between the radial force exerted by the two brake shoes on the brake drum during braking, drum wheel brakes can be divided into unbalanced type, balanced type and self-pressurized type.

The brake drum in which the normal force from the two brake shoes cannot balance each other is called an unbalanced brake. Its characteristic is that there is a "leading shoe" and a "following shoe" respectively when the car brakes forward or reverse. The normal force of the collar and the shoe on the brake drum is not equal, and this unbalanced normal force can only be borne by the hub bearing of the wheel.

2 two-way balanced braking. Its characteristic is that when the car brakes in the forward or reverse direction, the two brake shoes are "leading shoes", with strong boost, good braking effect and uniform wear of the shoes.

0 Two-way self-boosting braking. When braking forward, the front and rear brake shoes are "leading shoes", and the braking torque generated by the rear brake shoes is greater than that of the front brake shoes. During reverse braking, the action process is reversed, and it has the same self-pressurizing effect as that of forward braking.
