Foot Operated Drum Brake
Crane brake is composed of brake shoe, brake arm, brake wheel and brake release. TWZ(B) series brakes are normally open brakes operated by foot-operated manpower. It is mainly used for deceleration and braking of various medium and small cranes.

TWZ Series Foot Operated Drum Brake
Product model: TWZ-200, TWZB-200, TWZ-300, TWZB-315
Applicable wheel diameter: 200～315mm
Braking torque: 200～500Nm
Operating force Fa: 320～370N
Main feature:
1. The interlocking retraction equalization device and the tile automatic positioning device can always maintain the equal retraction of the tiles on both sides without adjustment. This completely avoids the phenomenon that one side of the brake pad floats against the brake wheel due to uneven backlash.
2. The main swing hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, transmission, long life, and no need for lubrication during use.
3. The brake pad is a snap-fit integral molding structure, which is very convenient and quick to replace. There are semi-metal (non-asbestos) hard and semi-hard, soft (non-asbestos) brake pads of different materials for users to choose.
