Product Overview

JZ-300 electromagnetic drum brake adopts the classic spring-applied braking, electromagnetic release fail-safe working principle. It is equipped with a high-efficiency energy-saving electromagnetic coil as the driving core component.

When powered on, the electromagnet generates stable magnetic suction to drive the linkage mechanism, overcome spring preload and release the brake, allowing the equipment to operate normally. Once power is cut off or the electrical system fails, the internal high-strength compression spring instantly pushes the brake shoes to tightly clamp the brake drum, realizing automatic emergency braking and parking holding.

Different from conventional electromagnetic brakes, the JZ-300 adopts an optimized coil structure, which effectively reduces operating temperature rise and power loss during long-term continuous work. With robust integral frame structure, stable braking torque and excellent durability, it is an upgraded replacement for traditional TJ2 series brakes and widely recognized in industrial heavy-duty braking fields.
