Basic Structure and Working Principle
The YWZ8-200/E23 is an electro-hydraulic drum brake consisting of a brake frame and a hydraulic thruster. Its operation relies on the movement of the electro-hydraulic thruster: when energized, the thruster lifts to open the brake shoes via a lever mechanism (releasing the brake); when de-energized, the thruster lowers, allowing spring force to close the brake shoes (applying the brake). This model features self-lubricating bearings for high transmission efficiency and eliminates the need for regular lubrication. Additionally, the brake linings support both riveted and insert-type installation, offering flexibility based on user requirements.
