DJPZ-02 Series Motor Disc Brake is a DC normally closed electromagnetic holding brake customized for driving motors and reduction transmission systems. It follows the working principle of spring braking and electromagnetic release. When the DC electromagnet is energized, the armature is attracted to separate from the friction disc, releasing the brake so that the motor can operate normally. Once power is cut off or circuit failure occurs, built-in compression springs push the armature tightly against the friction disc, forming reliable braking torque to lock the motor shaft and avoid unintended rotation of equipment.
This brake features an ultra-compact integrated structure, specially designed for direct mounting on the rear end of three-phase asynchronous motors and gear reducers. It requires little installation space and can be matched with various standard driving equipment conveniently. Adopting DC electromagnetic driving mode, the brake runs smoothly with low noise and minor mechanical impact during frequent start-stop cycles, effectively protecting the transmission system.
The braking torque can be adjusted flexibly to meet different light and medium load requirements. Equipped with high wear-resistant friction disc, the brake maintains stable friction coefficient and consistent holding performance under long-term continuous operation. The clearance between friction surfaces can be adjusted easily on site, which greatly simplifies routine inspection and maintenance work.
With reliable safety locking function, small volume and cost advantages, DJPZ-02 series motor disc brake is widely supporting electric motors, gear reducers in lifting machinery, automated production lines, packaging equipment and small conveying systems, acting as stable parking and safety anti-rotation brake.
