Optional limit switches feed brake open/closed state signals to PLC to build a full safety interlock control chain for unmanned yards.
Built-in equal retraction balance linkage
Synchronous retraction mechanism maintains consistent clearance between two friction pads and wheel tread at all times. Effectively solve unilateral pad dragging, local overheating and uneven wear problems, doubling friction pad service life and cutting spare part replacement frequency.
Independent single-wheel control, flexible braking performance
Each DLZ wheel brake is equipped with an independent electric actuator, realizing separate control for each wheel set. Operators can distribute braking force flexibly according to load and wind conditions, delivering smoother deceleration and more stable parking compared with centralized hydraulic synchronous braking.
