Care and maintenance
- In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the YW-L series stable hydraulic brakes, regular maintenance and maintenance are required. Specific contents include:
- Check hydraulic oil: Check the cleanliness and viscosity of hydraulic oil regularly to ensure that hydraulic oil meets the requirements of use. If the hydraulic oil is found to be contaminated or deteriorated, it should be replaced in time.
- Clean the brake: clean the brake surface and friction plate regularly, remove oil and impurities, and keep the brake surface clean.
- Check brake clearance: Regularly check whether the brake clearance meets the requirements. If the clearance is found to be too large or too small, it should be adjusted in time.
- Check fasteners: Regularly check whether the fasteners of the brake are loose or damaged, and if there is a problem, it should be replaced or fastened in time.
