1. Add brake fluid to the circulation tank of the master cylinder.
2. Remove the metal piece that prevents liquid from spilling out of the circulation tank on the front side.
3. When replenishing brake fluid, level the circulation tank.
4. The brake fluid splashed on the decorative surface and resin parts will damage the surface or cause cracks.
5. Install a thin and transparent vinyl hose on the air release valve on the caliper side, and connect the empty tank to the front end.
6. During operation, shake the brake handle, and constantly hold the brake handle, and repeatedly loosen the air release valve until no air bubbles are discharged from the vinyl hose. If the brake fluid in the circulation tank is reduced, make it up in time.
7. After the air is exhausted, inject the brake fluid to the upper end of the circulation tank to check. Pay attention to the brake fluid that has been used once and do not use it again. Then confirm whether there is brake fluid adhered to other parts, if there is, wipe it off in time.
Through the above seven-point hydraulic brake analysis, we can understand the principle of expiration exhaust, and carry out its circulating exhaust work through various internal components.
