Therefore, the loss or damage of the friction surface material will be more severe. The greater the wear and tear, the shorter the working life. Therefore, friction and wear are two aspects that are both related and contradictory during friction. Different working environment and conditions will have different emphasis. But for brakes, some frictional resistance is required but it will not cause relatively large wear.
