DYW Series Full Machine Flameproof Electro-hydraulic Brake
DYW series explosion protected electro-hydraulic drum brake is a special full-machine certified flameproof braking equipment developed mainly for underground coal mines and explosive atmosphere hazardous industries, complying with MT912 mining industry standard, JB/T6406 and GB3836 international explosion-proof specifications. Different from ordinary partial explosion-proof brakes, both brake main body and supporting BEd flameproof electro-hydraulic thruster obtain complete explosion-proof and mining safety certification. Adopt normally closed spring fail-safe principle: energize BEd explosion-proof thruster to release brake drum for equipment normal operation; once power supply fails, built-in high-strength springs immediately clamp the brake drum to realize safety locking. Unique interlocking equal clearance structure effectively solves the dragging wear problem under long-term underground dusty working conditions. Widely used in underground coal mine belt conveyors, mining winches, inclined anti-reverse conveyor systems, underground explosion-proof cranes, as well as petrochemical, grain dust and other flammable hazardous production equipment.

Interlocking equal clearance balance linkage
Built-in synchronous equal retraction mechanism permanently maintains consistent gap between two brake shoes and brake wheel. Effectively eliminate unilateral friction lining dragging, local overheating and uneven abrasion caused by underground long-time vibration, double the service life of friction blocks, reduce spare parts replacement frequency for underground mines.
Supporting BEd non-immersed flameproof electro-hydraulic thruster
Matching BEd series flameproof push rod adopts non-immersed motor structure, motor winding completely isolated from hydraulic oil, avoid oil aging leading to motor burnout fault which frequently occurs in BYT1 immersed explosion-proof thruster. Supports 0–180° multi-angle installation, adapts complex narrow layout of underground conveyor equipment.
Sealed square tube spring anti-pollution design
The brake spring is installed inside closed square tube housing, effectively isolate coal dust, muddy water and underground humid gas, prevent spring corrosion, jamming and elastic attenuation, guarantee stable braking torque under long-term underground harsh environment. Visible graduated scale facilitates on-site staff to quickly adjust braking torque.
Passive spring fail-safe safety protection
High-strength alloy compression springs provide reliable static braking torque. When power outage, circuit fault or hydraulic failure occurs, brake automatically locks the drum, effectively prevent inclined belt conveyor reverse sliding, underground hoist cargo falling and trolley drift, meet mandatory safety requirements of coal mine transportation equipment.
Low maintenance modular structure
All swing hinge points adopt maintenance-free self-lubricating bearings, eliminate periodic manual greasing work underground;
