SB series hydraulic emergency brake is mainly used for emergency safety braking of low-speed shaft of main lifting mechanism (boom pitching mechanism) of large and medium-sized cranes, or working braking and emergency braking of driving mechanism of large and medium-sized winch hoist and inclined belt conveyor, as well as safety braking of driving mechanism of cable car and cable crane.
Features
SB series hydraulic emergency brake normally closed design, safe and reliable.
A special disc spring applies force to brake, and a hydraulic drive release device is required.
The action is sensitive and the closing time is short.
It can be equipped with gate opening limit switch and gasket wear limit switch, which can carry out interlocking protection and fault display.
The high-performance non-asbestos hard friction pad has a stable friction coefficient, does not damage the brake disc and is insensitive to water media and salt spray.
