Hydraulic Rail Clamp

YJGQ hydraulic rail clamp is mainly used for various bridge type, gantry type container cranes and other rail-mounted machinery in working or non-working state to prevent wind and resist other external impacts.

1. Ambient temperature: -20°C~+50°C

2. Hydraulic station drive power: generally used for three-phase AC380V, 50HZ

3. Control power supply of hydraulic station: AC220V, 50HZ

4. Applicable working mode: intermittent, short-term action, lower frequency

Main feature

1. Normally closed design, spring force clamping, hydraulic cylinder drive release

2. Equipped with a limit switch, which can be interlocked and protected with the crane traveling mechanism

3. The clamp body can be a floating structure: horizontal floating distance ±20mm, vertical floating distance ±20mm
