1. The brake pad should have a stable dynamic friction coefficient from room temperature to 250 °C. (when the dual material is cast iron or steel, u>0.4), the allowable specific pressure is >1MPa.
2. The material size of the brake pad should be uniform and must not contain impurities that damage the brake wheel.
3. The surface of the brake pad should be uniform in texture, smooth and smooth. No cracks. Defects such as bubble interlayer.
4. The surface of the brake pad must be free from oil, dirt and water.
5. The mechanical properties of the brake pads are to comply with the requirements of JB/T7021.3-93.
