2.Application:
ZWZA ZWZB series of DC electromagnetic drum brakes is mainly used for the lifting of the electromagnetic and DC drive or DC power grid, the deceleration of the various agencies in the port handling and metallurgical machinery and parking brake for a variety of exchange-driven crane, port handling and metallurgical machinery is not recommended to use.

MWZ electromagnetic drum brake is complied with JB/ZQ4388-86 standard
3. Main Feature
1) the main fixed hinge point equipped with self-lubricating bearings, high transmission efficiency, long life, the use of the process without lubrication;
2) Interlocking clearance balancing device can always keep both sides of the shoe clearance equalization, be completely avoided due to retire from the uneven brake pads at the side of sticking to brake the wheel phenomenon;
3) the brake pads for the card installed, the overall shape of the structure, replacement is very convenient, fast, with semi-metallic (asbestos-free) of hard and semi-rigid, soft (including asbestos, asbestos-free), the braking of different materials pad for the user to select;
4) Brake spring arrangement in the square tube with a ruler, users can easily read out the braking torque value, which eliminates the trouble of measuring and calculating.

1, ZWZA series of DC electromagnetic drum brake connection dimensions and braking torque parameters in line with JB/ZQ4388-86 standards, technical requirements in line with the JB/T7685-2006 standard. This series is mainly used to replace the original the ZWZ a series of old products;
2. Series of DC 2, ZWZB of electromagnetic drum brakes comply with GB6334-86 standard connection dimensions and braking torque parameters and technical requirements to meet the JB/T7685-2006 standard. This series is mainly used to replace the original ZWZ3, ZWZ3A series of old products.

7. What is the delivery time of your machine?

9. As the shipping period will take long time, how can you make sure the machine won't be broken?
Our machine is film wrapped, to make sure the machine can be delivered to our customer smoothly, we will use the steel wire to fix the machine with the container.

So far 100%T/T before shipment, and 30% deposit paid by T/T, balance paid by L/C are available.
11. About the after-sale service, how can you solve the problems occurred of your overseas customer in time?
The warranty of our machine is normally 12 months, during this period, we will arrange the international express immediately, to make sure the replace parts to be delivered as soon as possible.
12. After we placing an order, will you arrange the installation of the machine at present?
All the machines will be tested well before delivered, so almost of them can be used directly, also our machine are easy to be installed, if you customer needs our assistance, we will be pleased to arrange the installation, but all the cost will be be charged by you.

A: We will send you the spare parts by free if the problems caused by us.
