1 · Why Choose Ed30/5 Thruster
① The "Heart" of Small Brakes
Integrated motor + centrifugal oil pump + cylinder. One unit drives the whole brake - push-out on power, spring-return on power-off.

Same 300 N / 50 mm as the legacy YT1-25/5, but with cast-aluminum body, IP65, F-class non-immersed motor, and 0–180° mounting.

2 · Product Overview
The Ed series (Ed = Electro-hydraulic drive) is a range of short-stroke, single-acting thrusters introduced from German EMG Eldro technology, fully compliant with DIN15430 and Chinese standard JB/T 10603-2006.
Naming rule - Ed30/5:
Ed = Electro-hydraulic thruster series
30 = Rated thrust 300 N (at rated voltage & frequency)
/5 = Rated stroke 50 mm
How it works
Power ON: motor spins the centrifugal pump → oil pressure pushes the piston & push-rod upward → brake released.
Power OFF: motor stops, return spring pulls the rod back → brake closes (fail-safe).
Where it fits
Mounts on the brake frame as the release actuator. The brake itself supplies the spring-closing force. Together they form a complete NC (normally-closed) electro-hydraulic brake.
