YWZ4/YWZ5 SERIES EXPLOSION PROTECTED ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC DRUM BRAKES
The YWZ5 series explosion-proof electro hydraulic drum brake is a specialized braking system designed for use in hazardous environments. Description
APPLICATION:
Explosion protected electro-hydraulic drum brakes can be extensively used for deceleration and stop/braking of various mechanisms in various belt transport, port handling, hoisting, metallurgical and building machinery which have explosion protected requirements.
STANDRADS COMPLIANT:
●The connection dimension and brakinG toraue parameters of YWZ5 series brakes are in accordance with GB6333-86 standard, and the technical requirements are in accordance with JB/T6406-2006 standard;
●The connection dimension and braking torque parameters of YWZ4 series brakes are in accordance with JB/Z04388-86 standard, and the technical reauirements are in accordance with JB/T6406-2006 standard;
●Supporting Ed series explosion-proof electric hydraulic thruster, explosion-proof mark: Ex d ⅡB T4 Gb(factory explosion-proof)/Ex tD A21 IP65 T130℃(dust explosion-proof ).

◆Ambient temperature:-20℃~+ 40 ℃
◆Relative humidity: ≤90%
◆Operating duty:intermittent(S3-60%) and continuous (S1).
◆Voltages: three-phase AC, rated voltage is 380V~460V, frequencyis 50Hz/60Hz.
◆Special requirements can be discussed before production.
