YW-L200/E23 Electro-Hydraulic Drum Brake

YW-L200/E23 Electro-Hydraulic Drum Brake is a normally closed delay-release braking device matched with ED23/5 electro-hydraulic thruster. Different from standard YWZ series brakes, it integrates an adjustable delay release structure. When the equipment starts up, the brake keeps clamping for a set time before releasing, which greatly buffers startup impact and restrains load swing. Once power cuts off, the spring immediately realizes fail-safe braking to avoid safety accidents.

Designed with interlocking equal-clearance linkage to maintain uniform gap between brake shoes and drum. All hinge points adopt self-lubricating bearings to cut daily maintenance work. The braking torque and delay time can be adjusted according to on-site requirements. Produced complying with JB/T6406 standard, the rigid cast steel frame adapts to frequent start-stop working scenarios. It is widely adopted for overhead cranes, gantry crane travel mechanisms and metallurgical transport machinery.

The interlocking equal-clearance linkage structure keeps uniform clearance between brake shoes and brake drum, avoiding unilateral friction lining dragging, overheating and uneven wear. All pivot joints are equipped with self-lubricating bearings to eliminate frequent manual greasing and lower long-term maintenance costs.

Both braking torque and delay release time can be flexibly adjusted to fit diverse working conditions. Manufactured in compliance with JB/T6406 industrial standards, the brake features a high-rigidity cast steel frame with excellent vibration resistance for frequent start-stop cycles.
