●Structure and Material:
Brake lining adopts clamping integral forming structure, easy to replace and fast.
The main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, increasing transmission efficiency and service life without additional lubrication during operation.
●Performance and Reliability:
In line with JB/ZQ4388-86 standard size and brake torque parameters, technical requirements in line with JB/T6406-2006 standard.
In the event of power failure, the brake automatically closes, following the "Fail-Safe" principle, that is, braking by spring force, lifted by thrusters.
It is suitable for operating conditions where the ambient temperature is between -20°C and +50°C and the relative humidity does not exceed 90%.
●Operating conditions:
The voltage is AC three-phase 380V, 50Hz (other voltages can be customized according to requirements).
Operation modes include intermittent (S3-60%, up to 1200 times per hour) and continuous (S1).
