1. Warehousing of purchased materials: According to the purchase plan, after the materials enter the factory, they will be inspected by external inspectors and signed on the inspection report for confirmation, and the keeper will go through the temporary storage procedures with the qualified inspection report, and then go through the formal warehousing procedures after the goods are used up. The storekeeper will not accept the goods without purchasing plan or unqualified inspection. The paid materials can be directly put into storage.
2. Warehousing of products: After the finished products have passed the inspection by the quality inspector according to the production plan, they will sign the warehousing notice for confirmation, and the keeper will go through warehousing procedures with the qualified warehousing notice, and the unqualified products will not be put into storage. For qualified products delivered before warehousing, the workshop must go through warehousing procedures in time. Otherwise, it is not included in the number of products in storage, and there is no piece rate.
3. All warehousing materials: the warehousing personnel or unloading personnel shall put the whole document in the specified position, and the keeper shall decide whether it meets the standard or not. Those who fail to meet the standards will not go through the warehousing procedures. Unloaders are unpaid.
Material delivery
1. Workshop picking: According to the production plan, the workshop director can only pick up the materials in the warehouse after signing the picking list, and the keeper will deliver the goods with a valid picking list. The picker needs to check the goods in person, and the keeper is irresponsible after going out. After the waste materials in the processing and the unqualified products found in the assembly process are inspected and confirmed by the quality inspector, the warehouse return formalities shall be handled in time, and the keeper shall cooperate with the buyer to return the unqualified products to the supplier in time.
2. Product delivery: the salesman issues the invoice to the finance department according to the delivery plan, and the keeper delivers the goods with the valid invoice issued by the finance department. The consignee needs to check the quantity of the goods on the spot, and it will be irresponsible if it expires.
III. Material storage: All goods must be marked with material cards according to varieties and batches, and the information of warehousing, warehousing and balance should be registered on time, so that the accounts and materials are consistent, and the daily report of receipt, delivery and storage should be filled in in triplicate on time.
IV. Site requirements: Clean the floor in time, keep the ground clean and free of dust and garbage, and be fireproof, waterproof and rust-proof. Smoking and other kindling are not allowed when entering the warehouse, and offenders will be fined 50 yuan. Every time a cigarette butt is found in the warehouse, the storekeeper 5 yuan will be fined.
