Adjustment method of electro-hydraulic block brake

1. Adjustment of braking torque: Select an appropriate torque value within the rated value and 50% rated value as required. For the brake without the indication line of spring seat, adjustment method: When the torque adjusting nut is rotated clockwise with a wrench, the working length of the spring becomes shorter, the braking torque increases, and vice versa. (a) Do not exceed the norm specified on the torque plate.

B. Adjustment of the clearance between the end of the pull rod of the elastic tube and the shell of the pusher is greater than 10mm2 (pusher compensation stroke): the clearance of the slider is proportional to the working stroke of the pusher. Adjustment method: Turn (screw in) the brake lever clockwise to adjust the compensation stroke of the pusher to the rated value, and then tighten the lock nut of the brake lever. 3. Adjustment of equalizing the distance between the tiles on both sides: If serious inequality is found in the distance, it may be that the nut of the equalizing device is loose. Adjustment method: close the brake and tighten the lock nut. (The equalizing tie rod should be in a nearly horizontal position. 4. Adjustment of pad follow-up device: When the brake is in the braking state, rotate the bolt in the pad follow-up device so that the distance between its top end and the brake pad plate is 0.5-1 mm.. (depending on the brake size)
