1. Keep the hydraulic brake assembly, especially the surface of the brake disc and brake lining clean, so that the entire brake can be used freely, flexibly, reliably, and cleanly.
2. Always observe the amount of brake fluid in the oil sump. When the liquid level is lower than the mark line, the original brand clean brake fluid should be added in time to make the height higher than the mark line by millimeters. Never mix other brands of brake fluid. After adding, you should open the vent nozzle to exhaust gas before using it firmly.
3. Regularly check the thickness of the brake disc (usually above the driving kilometer). When the thickness of the brake disc after wear is less than the specified value, the brake disc must be replaced.
4. During use, no grease or brake fluid is allowed on the surface of the brake lining, and the thickness of the lining should be checked regularly. When its thickness is less than the specified value, the movable lining should be replaced.
5. When oil leaks at the piston of the master cylinder and the sub-cylinder, the sealing ring must be replaced. Special attention should be paid to the fact that the new sealing ring must be soaked in the brake fluid for more than hours before being replaced. When cleaning the oil cylinder or piston, you must use the sprinkling solution, and it is not allowed to use gasoline or other mineral oil.
