Working Principle
When the electrical signal is sent to the solenoid motor, the coil is energized, generating a magnetic force that pulls the plunger. This plunger movement is transferred through a mechanical linkage system to the brake pad, forcing it against the rotating disc. The friction between the brake pad and the disc converts the kinetic energy of the rotating shaft into heat energy, gradually slowing down and eventually stopping the rotation. When the electrical signal is removed, a spring mechanism (either internal or external) retracts the brake pad away from the disc, allowing the shaft to rotate freely again.
