BED301/12 Explosion Protected And Electro Hydraulic Thruster

BEd series explosion-limited electro-hydraulic quasi-actuator (hereinafter referred to as "actuator") is mainly suitable for electro-hydraulic drum-type actuators and actuators, wheels, valves, etc., and can also operate various types of lever assemblies to make various movements, such as compound motion, swing motion, national movement, etc. This product implements the technical requirements of enterprise standard 0/JZHF01-2009 flameproof electro-hydraulic actuator. The explosion-proof mark is "Exd", which is suitable for the electro-hydraulic pusher of electro-hydraulic drum brake for coal belt conveyor (non-mining working face) and well lifting equipment.

The actuator is actually semi-automatic and economical, and the advanced protection is adopted in the construction, which can have the advantages of double-layer oil, high service life, smooth operation, no case, power conservation, long service life and limited operation.
2. Working conditions
2.1. The altitude does not exceed 2000m.
2.2 The ambient temperature is-20 C ~ 40' C..
2.3. The power supply is a three-phase AC power supply with rated frequency of 50Hz and rated voltage of 380 V/660 V. The allowable voltage fluctuation is +10%~-25%.
2.4. The working system of the motor is S1 continuous working system, or S3 intermittent periodic working system, and the load persistence rate under intermittent periodic working system is not more than 60%.
2.5, allowed in the environment of gas, coal dust explosive gas mixture. The working conditions shall comply with the provisions of Coal Mine Safety Regulations (2006).
2.6. The pusher motor is F-class insulated.
2.7, the relative humidity of the surrounding air is not more than 95%.
2.8. The pollution level of the surrounding environment is allowed to be Grade 3.
