APPLICATION ●Explosion protected electro-hydraulic drum brakes can be extensiyvely used for deceleration and stop/braking of various mechanisms in various belt transport, port handling, hoisting, metallurgical and building machinery which have explosion protected requirements. ●DYW series electro-hydraulic drum brakes device for coal mining belt conveyor, winches and mining equipment transmission systems-DYW series brakes are in accordance with the standards determined by the national safety sign center for mining products. Not only the safety sign certificate is provided for the thruster, but also the safety sign certificate is provided for the brake.
It can replace BYWZ5 brake, but installation dimension and center height is same.
MAIN FEATURE ●Brake lining is of clamped integral forming structure, which is easy and quick to replace. ●Interlocking shoe clearance balancing device and shoe auto-aligning device constantly equalize the clearance of brake shoes on both sides and make adjustment unnecessary, completely avoiding brake lining one side sticking to brake wheel. ●Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing, making high efficiency of transmission, long ser vice life. Lubricating is unnecessary during operation. ●The BEd series explosion protected thrusters are characterized by flexible action and long operating life. ●Enclosed spring tube protects spring from damage and contamination.
●Brake closes in case of power failure (F ail-Safe Principle). Braking by spring power. Lifting by thruster.
STANDARDS COMPLIANT ●The connection dimepsions and braking torque parameters of DYW series brakes are in accordance with GB 6333-86 standard. The technical reaquirements are in accordance with JB/T6406 - 2006, Mt912- 2008 standards and enterprise standard Q/ZYBC02 -2019 standards. The explosion-proof performance is in accordance with GB 3836- 2010 standard.
OPERATING CONDITION ●Atitude: <2000m ●Ambient temperature: -20℃~ +40℃ ●Relative humidity:≤90% ●Operating duty: intermittent (S3-60%) and continuous (S1). ●Voltages: three-phase AC, frequency is 50Hz, rated voltage is 380V/660V, 660V/1 140V, voltage fluctuation should not exceed -10%~+ 10%.
●Special requirements can be discussed before production.

( note: self-compensation device should be equipped in application M )
●When use such thrusters that with descending delay valve, the delay close of brake can be realized, which can meet requirement some specific occasion.

Note: There are three position directions for cable entry of explosion protected thrusters (shown as the figure for side A,B and C, cable entry position by standard in on the side A), any position can be installed, when select side C,It should be noted that the size of the cable introduction device can not interfere with the size of the bottom plate connectedy with the brake, please keep contact with our technical department for details.
