Unique integrated hydraulic lock circuit, no additional external locking cylinder required. The piston rod can stay fixed at any stroke position and maintain stable holding force without continuous hydraulic pressure supply. Once sudden power failure occurs in production, the pusher will not retract or stretch freely, effectively prevent tripper rollback, gate collapse and material leakage safety accidents, ideal for unattended long-running production lines.

Built-in overload relief valve full motor protection

When the pusher hits hard limit, material jamming or overload, internal overflow valve automatically unloads pressure to release excess hydraulic force, avoid motor stalling burnout and cylinder deformation damage, greatly reduce equipment failure rate and spare parts replacement cost.

Full load startup & stepless adjustable thrust/speed

Adopt gear pump full hydraulic drive, can start smoothly under full heavy load, solving the difficulty of load startup for traditional electric push rods and air cylinders. Thrust and moving speed can be stepless adjusted according to production process requirements, single machine covers multiple working condition demands without model replacement.

Integrated compact oil-free pipeline design

Motor, pump and oil cylinder integrated casting molding, cancel messy external hydraulic pipelines, fundamentally eliminate oil leakage hidden dangers. Small overall volume supports vertical, horizontal and inclined multi-angle installation, suitable for narrow internal space of mining trippers and small valve equipment, fast on-site assembly without complex pipeline layout.

Piston rod surface hard chrome plating + double composite sealing ring wear resistance and anti-corrosion, IP54 sealed shell resist mine dust, cement ash and humid workshop environment, long-term stable operation without frequent maintenance.
