Built-in balance air chamber, 0–180° arbitrary multi-angle installation
Independent balance air chamber reserved on cylinder body, internal oil pressure remains balanced no matter vertical, horizontal or inclined mounting, thoroughly solve air lock and thrust attenuation failure of old explosion thrusters. Flexible multi-angle layout adapts narrow reserved installation space of underground mine conveyors and explosion-proof crane undercarriages, simplify old hazardous equipment renovation without bracket modification.
IP65 fully sealed all-weather harsh environment adaption
Whole machine adopts IP65 fully sealed flameproof junction box and waterproof cable gland, effectively block underground mine water vapor, coal dust and chemical corrosive gas invading internal electrical components, avoid short-circuit and flameproof performance failure caused by long-term dust accumulation, stable long-term operation in high-dust, high-humidity, corrosive hazardous workshops.
Passive spring fail-safe safety protection
High-strength alloy return spring installed inside cylinder body; in case of power outage, circuit short circuit or hydraulic pipeline rupture, push rod retracts instantly to clamp explosion-proof brake drum, prevent underground mine hoist load falling, conveyor material reverse sliding and explosion-proof crane trolley drifting, fully meet national mandatory safety standards for hazardous lifting machinery. Optional upper/lower travel limit switches feed brake open/closed state signals to PLC to realize full safety interlock control chain.
Ultra-low maintenance double-seal wear-resistant structure
Push rod surface hard chrome plating + double composite sealing ring, dual anti-leakage design reduce oil leakage frequency, cut regular hydraulic oil change and seal replacement maintenance cost;
All internal moving parts self-lubricated by circulating hydraulic oil, cancel manual periodic greasing work for mine maintenance staff;
