How It Works
●Braking Action:
When the crane is in operation and the brake is not needed, the YT1 thruster is energized, retracting the piston and releasing the brake shoes from the drum.
When the brake is required (e.g., stopping or holding a load), the thruster is de-energized, and the spring mechanism forces the brake shoes against the drum, creating friction and stopping the rotation.
●Fail-Safe Design:
The system is designed to automatically engage the brake in case of power failure, ensuring safety.
