Considering factors such as the thermal expansion of the disc brake, the thrust of the installation shaft should be selected below 0.2MM. When installing, please adjust the suction gap on the machine to within plus or minus 20% of the specified value.
We want to keep the carrier light and not put too much pressure on the bearings of the disc brake. Leads are maintained by the frame on the machine side, and connections are securely made by a terminal board or the like.
