ED Series Industrial Electro Hydraulic Thruster
The electro hydraulic thruster is a compact drive control device that integrates a motor, a centrifugal pump, and an oil cylinder. It is widely used as a drive device for various block brakes and disc brakes, and can also be used for drive control of various industrial valves, gates, directional swing and rotation (<900) devices and clamping devices.
Features of ED electro hydraulic thruster
1. The shell is made of cast aluminum alloy, which is light in weight and beautiful in appearance.
2. The motor is of non-oil-immersed structure, class F insulation, good heat resistance and long life.
3. The motor junction box cover is sealed, and the cable stuffing box is used for wire entry, which is firm and reliable, and the electrical enclosure protection level reaches IP65.
4. The surface of the motor shaft and push rod are specially treated, which greatly prolongs the life of the seal.
5. The cylinder shell is equipped with a balance air chamber on one side, which allows the pusher to be installed in any direction from 0-180°, thereby expanding its use range.
6. All seals and bearings adopt world-famous brand products, with reliable sealing and long service life.
