The hydraulic brake is a component that needs to work continuously, so its maintenance must be carried out according to a certain period of time. The use and maintenance of hydraulic brakes is a very important task. Let's understand the maintenance steps together below:
(1) Check whether the thruster is working properly, whether there is oil leakage, whether the fixed oil level is maintained, whether there is insufficient travel, and the brake shoe is smoking.
(2) Check the oil once every 6 months. The oil should be changed when the oil has deteriorated and is mixed with debris. When refueling, pull up and down the push rod several times to expel air and fill up the oil level. The oil level must not exceed the oil level mark plug hole.
(3) The hydraulic oil used in the hydraulic brake should be selected as follows. When the ambient temperature is 0-20℃, use No. 10 transformer oil, when 20-45℃ use No. 20 transformer oil, and -15-0℃ use No. 25 transformer oil.
