1. The pneumatic brake device has a safety cover with good ventilation or other safety measures.
2. Confirm the surrounding environment before installing the pneumatic brake. If it is affected by moisture, oil, dust, vibration and shock, or in a high-humidity environment, it will directly affect the service life and performance of the pneumatic device.
3. Do not increase the number of revolutions without authorization beyond the allowable number of revolutions. If it is used beyond the allowable rotation speed, the vibration will become large, and depending on the situation, it may cause a very dangerous state such as breakage and scattering. Be sure to use it within the allowable number of rotations and install a protective cover.
4. The friction plate used should not be wet with water or grease, otherwise it will affect the torque or working performance.
5. Pneumatic brakes must be used within the allowable connection and braking workload.
