Structural Features and Advantages
- Spring-Applied, Electrically Released: The brakes use spring tension to engage the brake pads with the brake drum, creating friction resistance for braking. When the electromagnet coil is energized, it overcomes the spring tension, disengaging the brake pads from the brake drum, allowing the brake drum to rotate freely.
- Balanced Brake Pads: The paired brake pads are physically balanced, preventing bending loads on the brake drum shaft.
- Self-Lubricating Bearings: Key moving points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, ensuring high transmission efficiency and long service life without the need for lubrication.
- Easy Pad Replacement: The brake pads are of a clip-on integral molding structure, making replacement convenient and quick. Different materials such as semi-metal (non-asbestos) hard and semi-hard, and soft (with or without asbestos) are available for selection.
