1. Inject clean 46# hydraulic oil into the electro-hydraulic push rod (filter before injection), install the oil filler cap, check the sealing performance, connect the motor power, install the electro-hydraulic push rod at the working position and connect the transmission device After that, it can be used.
2. Wire according to the electrical schematic diagram and terminal diagram, and confirm that the push rod has been filled with hydraulic oil to start. After the motor rotates, see if the push rod has an extension or retraction action (during the first test run, due to the air in the cylinder, It may stop for a few seconds before moving, which is normal), if the motor rotates and the push rod does not move, please adjust the rotation direction of the motor and try again.
3. When wiring the limit switch and the motor, please pay special attention to the polarity of the limit switch and the direction of rotation of the motor, to prevent the limit switch from pressing the motor to rotate, and the push rod does not move. At this time, adjust the direction of the motor or reverse the limit switch.
