1. Working principle: The electro-hydraulic push rod takes the motor as the power source, and through the forward (reverse) rotation of the motor, the hydraulic oil outputs the pressure oil through the bidirectional gear pump, and then sends it to the working cylinder through the oil manifold block to realize the reciprocating motion of the piston rod.

2. Automatic overload protection function: When the electro-hydraulic push rod is working, if the external force on the piston rod exceeds the rated output force or the piston has reached the end point, the motor is still rotating, and then the oil pressure in the oil circuit increases to the set pressure, and the overflow valve overflows quickly and accurately, thus realizing automatic overload protection. Although the motor is rotating, it will not burn out.

3. Self-locking function: A pressure self-locking mechanism is designed in the oil manifold block of the electro-hydraulic push rod. When the motor stops rotating, the piston rod immediately stays at a certain position, and the pressure oil is in a pressure maintaining state.

4. The speed can be adjusted infinitely within the rated speed range according to the user's requirements.

5. According to the user's requirements, the push and pull can be adjusted infinitely within the rated output force range.

6. According to the user's requirements, the stepless adjustment stroke can be carried out within the rated stroke range.
