SB series hydraulic safety (emergency) brakes are high-power braking devices for low-speed shafts (reel shafts). It can be widely used in large and medium-sized cranes, port loading and unloading machinery lifting and jib low-speed shaft crane structures for emergency safety braking.

Feature of hydraulic safety brake(SB) series

1. Normally closed design, safe and reliable; special disc spring applies force to brake, hydraulic drive release.

2. The action is sensitive, and the closing (closing) time is short.

3. It can be equipped with gate opening limit switch and gasket wear limit switch, which can display the failure of the interlocking protection box (when using PLC control).

4. High-performance non-asbestos hard friction liner, stable friction coefficient, does not damage the brake disc and is not sensitive to water media and salt spray (sea water).

5. Reasonable sealing structure design and imported famous brand seals, long life.

6. Flexible installation position, simple to use, adjust and maintain.
