1. Basic structure and working principle of electro-hydraulic push rod
Electro-hydraulic push rod is a new type of flexible transmission mechanism with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integration, which consists of actuator (oil cylinder), control mechanism (hydraulic control valve group) and power source (oil pump motor, etc.). According to the site installation space and usage, the electro-hydraulic push rod can have various structural forms. Hydraulic control valve group is mainly composed of overflow valve, oil suction check valve, speed regulating valve (according to user's demand) and hydraulic control check valve (hydraulic lock). According to the working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic push rod, the oil circuit combination valve with different functions can be designed to meet its working requirements.
The motor drives the bidirectional hydraulic pump to output pressure oil in positive and negative directions, which is sent to the oil cylinder through the hydraulic control valve, thus realizing the reciprocating motion of the piston rod.


2 Functions
Electro-hydraulic push rod is a kind of hydraulic drive device integrating machinery, electricity and liquid, which is suitable for linear motion (or reciprocating rotation at a certain angle), and can also be used in places where lifting, lowering or clamping work is needed, and can realize centralized or automatic control in remote dangerous areas. It has been widely used in metallurgy, mining, electric power, coal, machinery, transportation, grain, chemical industry, cement, water conservancy, building materials, transportation and other departments, and is a general power source.


3. The electro-hydraulic push rod mainly has the following advantages:
(1) compact structure, convenient installation, small occupied space and simple maintenance.

(2) It can be started with load and has overload protection function.

(5) If the power is cut off for some reason, the push rod is self-locked to avoid accidents.
(6) Full-hydraulic transmission is adopted, with sensitive action and stable operation, which can effectively buffer external impact and accurate stroke control (20.5mm).
(7) Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic integrated closed structure, the working oil circuit circulates in a closed steel cylinder without pressure, which is small in size and does not leak oil in harsh conditions.
Under the working environment, there is no dust suction, no water inflow, no internal corrosion and long service life.
