a. The working stroke adjustment of the pusher:
First, the spring force should be released to the minimum value, then the lever (9) should be rotated to close the brake and continue to rotate so that the lift height H1 of the brake push rod meets the rating. As the brake pad wears, the working stroke gradually increases, and the H1 value gradually decreases. When it is reduced to the minimum value, it should be re-adjusted in time according to the above method.
b. Adjustment of braking torque:
Loosen the nut (6), clamp the square end of the screw (5), and turn the nut (7) so that the spring installation length meets the parameters given on the nameplate. After adjusting, tighten the nuts (6) and (7).
c. Adjustment of brake shoe back distance:
When the brake shoe is open, adjust the bolt (1) so that the two sides are consistent. If the brakes of this series are equipped with equal-rear equipment, when the brake is opened, the distance between the two sides will be equal and there is no need to adjust.
The nut (2) of the fixed brake shoe, (see figure), should be loosely fitted so that the brake shoe and the brake wheel can be placed.
