• YPZ2 Ⅳ, V, Ⅵ interlocking back distance equal device can always maintain the equal back distance of both sides of the tile during use, completely avoiding the phenomenon that one side of the brake pad floats and sticks to the brake disc due to uneven back distance. It is also equipped with an automatic positioning device for tiles.

• The main swing hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearings, which have high transmission efficiency and long life, and do not need lubrication during use.

• The brake spring is arranged in a square spring tube; there is a brake torque scale on one side, and the brake torque is directly displayed and adjusted, which is convenient and intuitive.

• Asbestos-free brake pads are plug-in, easy and quick to replace.

• The automatic compensation device for brake lining wear can keep the pad back distance and brake torque constant during use.

• Some additional functions can be realized by adding additional devices.

• Manual release.

• The release and close limit switch can realize whether the brake is normally released or closed signal display.

• Brake lining wear limit limit switch can realize the brake signal display when the brake lining is worn to the limit.

• The Ed series pusher with time-delay valve can realize the time-delay closing of the brake and smooth braking.

Conditions of Use

• Ambient temperature: -20°C~50°C.

• There must be no flammable, explosive or corrosive gases in Zhou's working environment, and the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 90%.

• Generally used for three-phase AC power supply: 380v, 50HZ. (60Hz or different voltages can also be produced according to needs, please pay attention to the nameplate of the pusher, please explain in advance when ordering).

• The altitude of the place of use complies with GB755-2008. When the temperature is lower than -20°C, the working oil of the pusher should be YH-10 aviation hydraulic oil or a heater as required. For details, refer to the Ed pusher catalog.

• Anti-corrosion products should be used for outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media.
