The new series of domestic mine hoist adopts hydraulic disc brake device (including disc brake and hydraulic station); The old products use oil pressure or air pressure block brake devices respectively. Compared with the latter, the former has the following advantages:
(1) Multiple pairs of brakes work at the same time, even if a pair fails, it only affects part of the braking torque, so the reliability is high;
(2) small inertia, more sensitive action;
(3) good versatility, easy disassembly and maintenance;
(4) Compact structure, good adjustability.
The disadvantages of hydraulic disc brakes are:
(1) The manufacturing technology of brake disc and disc brake has higher requirements;
(2) High performance requirements for brake shoes;
(3) The working area of the brake shoe is small, the temperature rise is high, and it is not suitable for adjusting the running speed.
