- The working stroke of the actuator (that is, the moment of the tile block) is normal;
- Whether the offset equipment is worn, the offset sleeve, the tightening screw is loose;
- The brake should be replaced, the brake limit switch plate is loose, the orientation is correct;
- Whether the brake disc and brake gasket surface is greasy;
- The wear of the operating surface on both sides of the brake disc must not exceed 1mm, otherwise the brake disc should be replaced;
- The wear condition of the brake liner, if the brake liner has a useful wear thickness of 3mm, it should be replaced, and the running should be adjusted from the beginning every time;
- The brake disc may show some colored mottling when pressing the brake. If it shows serious cracks, the brake disc should be replaced.
