(1) The brake friction surface of the brake wheel should not be defective or contaminated with oil that hinders the braking performance;
(2) the degree of wear of the friction material of the brake belt or brake tile;
(3) The actual contact area between the brake belt or brake tile and the brake wheel should not be less than 70% of the theoretical contact area;
(4) The brake should have a heat capacity in line with the operating frequency, and overheating should not occur;
(5) The control parts of the control brake (such as pedals, control handles, etc.) should have anti-skid performance;
(6) Manual control brake, applied force and stroke should not be greater than the requirements of Table 6-11, in excess of the requirements should be made necessary adjustments.
