In order to ensure the normal operation of brakes and avoid personal injury accidents, brake users and operation and maintenance personnel shall remember and fully observe the following principles and requirements (not limited to this):
- The newly installed brake or brake liner has not run fully together, and because the brake pad fits poorly with the brake disc, the brake torque may be only half or less of the rated torque;
- The selected brake, its braking torque should have sufficient safety factor;
- Ensure that the braking torque of the brake is consistent with the design requirements, and can not loosen the brake spring at will;
- The brake surface of the brake disc and the brake liner shall not be free from any oil stains, paint, grease or other impurities;
- In the working condition of the brake, the brake disc, the brake pad and the adjacent parts cannot be touched to avoid the brake; do not touch or approach the rotating brake disc, the coupling or the coupling; do not let the object fall on the rotating brake disc to prevent the object under the centrifugal force; add protective cover over the ownership plate and the coupling;
- When the brake is working normally, do not open the brake with the manual release device;
- Do not approach or enter the lower area of the lifting goods to prevent the sudden failure of the brakes to cause personal or life damage;
- Use only the spare parts approved by the Company or the Company;
- Brake signs and warning signs cannot be covered with paint or other dirt.
